Should any of our reusable instruments crack, bend, deform, corrode or fail whilst being used for the intended purpose, we will repair it or replace it free of charge. We do not require any proof of purchase, the Timesco brand on the product acts as your guarantee.

What does lifetime mean?

Lifetime refers to the life of the product or at such a time, during normal use the product can no longer function for the specific purpose intended. Our guarantee does not include fair wear and tear.

Timesco recommends regular maintenance of your instruments such as proper cleaning and lubrication. Nail cutters and other cutting instruments will become less sharp over a period of time due to wear and tear. Other products are covered by guarantees offered by the manufacturers.
